Magnetic Levitation Bearings

The blower utilizes active magnetic bearings to levitate the rotor, completely eliminating mechanical contact between the rotor and stator. This innovative bearing design offers several key advantages:

  • No Mechanical Contact: With the rotor suspended on a magnetic field, there is no physical contact between rotating and stationary components. This eliminates friction, wear, and the need for lubrication, dramatically improving the system's reliability and lifetime.

  • High Efficiency: The absence of mechanical losses from friction and drag allows the magnetic bearing system to operate at extremely high efficiencies, reducing overall energy consumption.

  • High-Speed Capability: The lack of physical constraints enables the rotor to spin at very high rotational speeds, optimizing the blower's airflow and pressure performance.

  • Active Control: Advanced real-time control systems constantly monitor and adjust the magnetic fields to maintain precise rotor levitation, even under changing load conditions.

High-speed permanent magnet motor and high-efficiency ternary flow impeller are directly coupled.
More than 30% energy-saving than traditional Roots fan.

Low noise
Adopting self-balancing technology, the vibration amount of magnetic levitation bearing is one order of magnitude smaller than that of traditional bearing and no friction. Maintenance-free

Intelligent control

Adopting PLC+GPRS/3G/4G, it can monitor the running status of the fan in real time, and realise the intelligent regulation of wind volume, wind pressure, rotational speed, etc. as well as manual mode control. In case of failure, it can also be remotely repaired and debugged.
