High Speed Carbon Steel Blow Box Suitable For Machine Speed 1200m/Min---1600m/Min

With the large-scale production and operation of high-speed wide paper machine, the web stabilizer supporting the paper machine is becoming more and more important. Through years of technical development, our company has now formed the design and production capacity of paper web stabilizer with speed of more than 1600m/min and width of more than 6000mm.

Features

Structural design of paper guide partition; Equipped with paper feeding cylinder:

Exhaust air on the front side; Equipped with paper feeding fan and operating fan

Supply air on the drive side to the two ends of the front side and the back side;

It is equipped with automatic valve of paper feeding area. The automatic valve will interlock aromatically when the paper’s breaking

It is equipped with high-temperature and wear-resistant EP plate to seal between the VAC cylinder and the dry web.

Working principle:

The vacuum roller stabilizing system of the paper machine exhausts air from the paper stabilizer, and uses an air seal isolation between the paper stabilizer and the dry web to create a low vacuum in the paper feeding area, making the paper web tightly adhere to the dry blanket and operate stably. The exhaust air of the paper stabilizer is discharged into the heat recovery by the centrifugal fan and then discharged into the atmosphere.
