I· Inverter technology – variable operating speed
Leomon Technology invented an antifreeze system and antifreeze heat exchanger, which belong to the field of heat pump systems, which solves the technology that the existing heat exchanger can not use external heat when the power is cut off, and the water pipe inside the heat exchange tube is frozen and cracked due to freezing problem. A new type of antifreeze system is adopted, which includes an outer tube, an inner tube is arranged inside the outer tube, and the inner tube is a hollow elastic hose. In the case of water flow, the icing will offset the expansion volume of the icing through the contraction of the inner tube, and prevent the outer tube from rupturing due to increased icing. The inner tube is a silicone tube, rubber tube or pearl cotton tube, which has low cost and is easy to manufacture. The hollow part of the inner tube is filled with inert gas, which has good air tightness and water tightness, and the inert gas has good safety and stability. One end of the inner tube is a fixed joint, and the other end is a closed end. The fixed joint is fixed on the outer tube, and the closed end extends into the outer tube. The utility model realizes high-efficiency heat exchange and anti-freezing, and has simple structure, low price and convenient installation
