3. Technology

Solid rubber strip, hollow rubber strip, conductive rubber strip, foam rubber strip and special-shaped rubber strip can be designed with different cross-section structures according to their use parts and conditions. Most customers are generally made of chloroprene rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, silicone rubber and other rubber materials with excellent aging resistance due to the requirements of UV aging resistance and ozone resistance.

Some silicone sealing rings with complex shapes, such as leather cups and sealing rings, are usually manufactured by molding. The rubber is placed in the mold and heated with the help of the formed Yin and Yang molds.

4. Product application

O-ring is mainly used for static seal and reciprocating seal. When used for Rotary Movement seal, it is limited to low speed rotary seal device. The rectangular seal ring is usually installed in the outer circle or the inner circle of the cross-section of the rectangular groove to play a sealing role.

5. Installation method

Put the sponge protective sleeve on both ends of the split, and evenly apply about 0.5mm grease on the inner circumference. After the sponge sheath is removed, the special adhesive shall be applied to the lower section mold at the split. Press and hold the butt split surface for 10 to 20 seconds.
