Application conditions
SLA leak test detector is mainly used for scientific experiments in the laboratory or for the full inspection of the product in the production line. It can be independently used as a testing station, operated manually; or fused with the automatic line body to become one of the testing stations, which can be operated automatically. The leak detector takes clean and dry compressed air as the detection medium, and through a series of automatic detection, analysis and calculation processes, such as pressure sensor, precision pressure regulating valve, calculation unit and so on, the determination of the good and bad of the tested products is completed.
SLA leak test detector has the function of automatic calculation, automatic learning, automatic calibration, also with bar code scanning, remote control and other functions, real achieved the intelligence and simplification.
In the process of actual production and scientific experiment, instead of the traditional method of actual water bubble test and pressurized water bubble, the advantages of non-destructive, fast, data-based and scientific in testing process and results are realized.
The workpiece is sealed with the capsule, and the minute pressure drops caused by the capsule internal pressure leaking into the workpiece are measured.
The passive execution standard of SLA leak test detector is based on the actual test data and experimental test results to support each other, so must not be misled, or into misunderstanding.
SLA leak test detector allows only a positive misjudgment. That is, products that fall within the critical point of the criteria may be judged as bad, but they will never be qualified. (The critical point of evaluation criteria is theoretically eternal, so need to be upgraded to minimize critical mass in actual production)
