Working Principle

• Cold air diffusion

Cold air diffusion is the latest technology in the scenting industry. It works by using high amounts of air pressure to compress oils into a dry mist of nanoparticles. This cold air diffusion technology is used in all Charm diffusing systems and ensures consistent and subtle scenting without high or low points in the scenting process. Our all product adopts this technology.

• Without the heat

Most diffusers work by heating the essential oils, but not ours. Since essential oils are very delicate and volatile, their therapeutic benefits are destroyed when they are heated, as well as their ability to disperse well in large areas. The molecules fall as they come in contact with the cool air, shortening the life of the scent.

Product Maintenance

In the below cases, please do the maintenance same as our instruction.

• If don't use the scent machine for a long time, please clean the machine after final use.
• Every one- two months clean one time.
• Before change to another flavor of the essential oil
• Cleaning steps as below:

1. Pour out the essential oil from the oil bottle
2. Fill the 95% alcohol into the empty bottle
3. Set the strongest intensity means 95%, and then turn on the machine to work for 10-15 minutes,
4. Turn off it and finally pour away the alcohol.
