Product Description:
With a construction that embodies ultra-high efficiency, the ULPA Air Filter is designed to meet the stringent requirements of environments that demand the highest levels of cleanliness. Its ability to remove particulates down to 0.3um and 0.12um sets it apart as a top-tier filtration solution that can effectively maintain air quality standards.
As a U15 to U17 filter, the ULPA Air Filter offers superior filtration performance that exceeds industry standards. Whether you need a U15 filter or a U17 filter, this product delivers exceptional results in removing even the smallest particles from the air, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for occupants.

What should I do when replacing ULPA filters?
- Environmental preparation
Before replacement, ensure that the working area is clean to avoid dust and contaminants entering the filter.
The area where the ULPA filter is stored should be environmentally controlled, with a temperature of 4 to 38 ° C and a relative humidity of 25% to 75% to prevent damage or foreign matter from entering.
2. Installation process
Avoid bumping or squeezing the filter, so as not to affect its filtration performance.
Make sure that the connection between the filter and the ventilation line is well sealed to prevent air leakage.
Record information such as filter model, serial number, performance and factory test data before installation for subsequent tracking.
3. Safe operation
During installation or replacement, avoid direct contact with the filter media of the filter to prevent damage.
For high-risk areas (such as biosafety cabinets, areas with highly active compounds), it is recommended to wear appropriate protective equipment.
4. Inspection and testing
After the installation is complete, turn on the ventilation system and check the working status of the filter to ensure normal operation.
Perform leak detection tests such as using a PAO generator and photometer to detect aerosol concentrations upstream and downstream of the filter to ensure there are no leaks.
Check the pressure difference before and after the filter to ensure that the pressure difference is within the normal range.
5. Maintenance and recording
Clean the filter housing and interior regularly to avoid dust accumulation.
Establish detailed maintenance records, including replacement dates, models, and test results, to facilitate future management.
6. Special case treatment
If the filter shows obvious contamination, significant increase in resistance, or fails the integrity test, it should be replaced immediately.
For high-risk or highly polluting environments, replacement cycles may need to be shortened.
