Description
Usage:
It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry for transferring and discharging powder and granules. It can be used along with various main equipments, such as blender, mixer, mill, tablet press, tablet coating machine, capsule filling machie and so on. It optimizes production-flow; avoid the dust and cross-contamination. It is the ideal transfer equipment in pharmaceutical industry for sold dosage section. Meanwhile, it can be also widely used in chemical industry, food-stuff industry, etc.
Characteristics:
1.Made of Austenitic stainless steel. There is no dead angle, no concave-convex face.
2.it is equipped with PU castor and easily movable.
3.Applying specially-made butterfly valve with no dead angle, no remnant.
4.It makes uses of sealing device for the hopper to prevent dust emission and material leakage. The dust and cross contamination are efficiently controlled.
5.Both inner and outer surfaces are all polished to high quality, it is easy to clean.
6.Auto-controlled discharging valves are optical as per customer’s requirement.
