Stainless Steel ASTM/BSW/DIN976 High Quality Double End Threaded Rod M12 0.28meter named threaded bar, it has two type, full thread and part thread . The threaded rod for construction, ceiling connect, usually connect nuts and washer are used. The sizes ranging from M3 to M52 in diameter with the length ranging from 1000mm to 40000mm, longer lengths can be made with the use of thread connectors, the special standards can be made according to customers' requirements. Double head screw (bolt, column) has a variety of forms, according to the rotation of two head thread, there are two kinds of homology and reverse.

1. The function of concentric rotation of two head threads:

(1) in the main body of large equipment, need to install the accessories, such as sight glasses, mechanical seal, deceleration machine frame, etc., this is the stud is used, one end of the screw in the main body, at the other end after installed accessories carry nut, because the attachment is often removed, thread will wear or damage, use the stud replacement will be very convenient.

(2) for connecting body thickness is very large, bolt length is very long, will use studs, more convenient manufacturing.

2. The screw direction of the two head threads is opposite, which is mainly used to connect two relatively fixed components. The distance or tension force between the two components can be adjusted simply and conveniently.
