Theory

The 180° opening and closing design of touch-screen computers and tablets relies on a high-strength hinge structure, which enables multi-angle hovering through precision gears or damping systems while ensuring the stability of signal transmission. The D-shell movable bracket uses a spring or magnetic suction mechanism to provide stable support and adapt to different usage scenarios. The ultra-narrow bezels on all four sides achieve a high screen-to-body ratio while reducing optical interference by optimizing the display drive circuit and sensor layout. The large round cap backlit keyboard uses low-power LED light-guiding film technology, combined with a capacitive fingerprint recognition module, to achieve fast unlocking and secure verification.

Technology

The hinge part adopts CNC processing and heat treatment technology to ensure wear resistance and smoothness; the bracket assembly is enhanced by stamping and electroplating. The ultra-narrow frame requires laser cutting or precision injection molding frame, and the full-fit display technology is used to reduce reflection. The keyboard adopts laser etching keycaps and silicone pad lamination technology, and the backlight module achieves uniform light transmission through photolithography. The fingerprint recognition module adopts semiconductor sensor packaging technology and is connected to the motherboard through a flexible circuit board. The overall assembly requires high-precision fixtures to ensure tolerance control.
