Introduction:
Magnesium alloys have the advantages of low density (about 2/3 of aluminum alloy), high -strength and higher stiffness, good casting and cutting processing performance, high thermal stability, damping noise reduction and other advantages, and can also be used as wheel materials. The casting process currently used in magnesium alloys includes gravity casting, pressure casting, extrusion casting, and low -pressure casting. As one of the main forming methods of magnesium alloys, low -lying casting can produce high -quality magnesium alloy castings with its smooth charging and order solidification characteristics.
In order to remove oil and oxide and skin oxide, hot -rolled plates generally need to be carried out before cold rolling. Magnesium alloy plate pickling process is very different from aluminum alloy. The following process can be used:
1. Naoh and other alkaline water solutions to remove oil or lubrication
2. Cold water rinse
3. Use CH3COOH and NANO3 water solution to remove plate surface oxides, and neutralize residual alkali
4. Clean water and dry treatment
