Introduction:
Thermal squeeze is the primary plastic deformation processing process of deformation magnesium alloy. Like the squeezing of Transformers aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy extruded can be squeezed forward or reverse. It can also be produced with dual -motion extruders. It can be squeezed with a horizontal type or a stand -up extrusion machine. In short, all equipment for squeezing-aluminum alloy semi-finished products can be used to produce magnesium alloy materials, but the process parameters are different, and the supporting equipment is different from the fine-telled equipment.
Most of the magnesium is produced with extrusion process. The products are tube, stick, and shape materials. The squeezing is performed at a certain temperature. The magnesium alloy extrusion process and equipment are equivalent to the production of aluminum alloy extrusion materials. All deformation magnesium alloys can be used to produce squeezing materials: AZ31B, AZ61A, ZK10A, etc. used to squeeze the pipes; The production profiles are mainly AZ31B, AZ61A, AZ80A, ZK10A, ZK30A, ZK60A, etc.

Feature of Magnesium Rods:
1. The relative ratio of magnesium alloys is the highest -intensity (ratio of strength to quality). The ratio of rigidity (ratio to quality) is close to aluminum alloy and steel, which is much higher than engineering plastics.
2. Within the elastic range, when the magnesium alloy is impacting the load, the absorbed energy is half larger than that of aluminum alloy, so the magnesium alloy has good shock resistance and noise reduction performance.
3. Magnesium alloy melting point is lower than the melting point of aluminum alloy, and the die -casting molding performance is good. Magnesium casting is comparable to aluminum alloy castings, generally 250MPa, up to 600 MPA. The extension rate is not much different from the aluminum alloy.
4. Magnesium alloy also has a good electromagnetic shielding performance, radiation resistance, and can be recycled and reuse of 100%.
5. Magnesium alloy stability High -pressure casting is highly accurate, and high -precision mechanical processing can be performed.
6. Magnesium alloy has good die -casting performance, and the minimum thickness of the die -casting wall can reach 0.5mm. Adapt to all kinds of die castings in manufacturing cars.
