Gzw-1 (zhq-b) flame arrester is a new type of flame arrester for combustible gas pipeline. Deflagration arrestor is a safety device used to prevent the flame of gas and liquid vapor from spreading outward. When designing fire resistant internals, it is designed according to the medium of different gas mixture, gas composition, pressure drop, length diameter ratio, number of elbows, and regular packing to achieve a certain fire resistance speed. When the flame enters the flame arrester, it is cut into many small flame streams by regular flame arresters. Due to the effect of heat transfer and wall effect, the entering gas is cooled, so that the cooled gas can not reach the ignition temperature. Without the ignition temperature, it can not form combustion, and finally the flame stream is quenched, so as to achieve the purpose of fire resistance.

The pipeline flame arrester has the advantages of reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance and qualified explosion resistance. It has been tested with subsonic flame for 13 consecutive times and can resist fire every time. The pipeline flame arrester is easy to repair and install. The fire resistance is qualified, and there is no tempering phenomenon after 1 hour of fire resistance test. The flame arrester core is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The shell water pressure test is qualified.

The flame arrester is suitable for pipeline, class A with flash point lower than 28 ℃, oil products, hydrogen and oxygen liquefaction, kerosene, diesel oil and methylbenzene crude oil with flash point lower than 60 ℃, pipeline conveying combustible gas, torch, oil and gas recovery system, heating furnace fuel gas pipeline network, gas purification system, gas analysis system and coal mine gas emission system
