Name : CSN EN 10217-1:2003/A1:2005 Welded steel pipes for pressure purposes

1.WT≤15 mm, Bending≤1.5mm/m

WT>15~30 mm, Bending≤2.0mm/m

WT>30 mm, Bending≤3.0mm/m

Tests of the seamless boiler tubes:

1.Bending Test:

The tubes should take the bending test when OD ≤22mm. Thebending angle is 90 degrees, and the bending radius is 6 times the outerdiameter of the steel tube.

2. Hydraulic test;

Eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing can beused instead of hydraulic tests. When eddy current testing, GB/T7735-1995 Gr. A should be followed; when ultrasonictesting, GB/T 5777-1996 Gr. C8 should be followed.
