Welded steel pipes for pressure purposes -- Part 3: Alloy fine grain steel tubes
It specifies the technical delivery conditions for circular welded steel tubes manufactured of weldable alloy fine grain steels. The standard specifies the requirements for taking samples and the testing methods.
Circular welded steel tubes manufactured of alloy fine grain steels / from 10,2 to 2540 mm /
Steel grades: P275, P355, P460
Pipe manufacturing stages and delivery conditions:
· Normalized rolled strip, cold formed, HFW welding and weld or tube normalization
· Hot rolled strip or normalized strip, cold formed, HFW welding and normalization through cold forming, HFW welding and hot reduction and normalization through cold forming, welding and hot reduction in the temperature adequate to obtain the normalized state
· Hot rolled sheets or strips, cold forming, SAW welding and normalization
· Normalized rolled sheets or strip, cold forming, SAW welding, without thermal processing
