Production Information : high frequency welded (ERW or HFI) Welded pipe manufacturing according to EN 10240 class A1

Welded pipe application

  • structural welded pipes are used for steel structures and for mechanical purposes
  • welded pressure pipes are used for:
    • pipeline construction
    • gas & liquid transportation

Welded pipe manufacturing

  • high frequency welded (ERW or HFI)
  • submerged arc-welded (SAW):
    • longitudinally submerged arc-welded (SAWL)
    • helically submerged arc-welded (SAWH)

Surface types

  • black (S1)
  • galvanised according to EN 10240 class A1
  • coated

Surface protection

  • hot-dip galvanising coating or cold formed made from galvanised strip
  • external surface coatings: such as primer, 3LPE (normal & reinforced), PP according to DIN 30670 & strip extruded PE coating according to DIN 30672
  • colour painting

All our tubular products are suitable for galvanising in class 1 or 3.
