High Working Temperature Heating Element Wire/Strip 0.023 -0.8 Mm Thickness
Description
Fe-Cr-Al alloy wires are made of iron chromium aluminum base alloys containing small amounts of reactive elements such as yttrium and zirconium and produced by smelting, steel rolling, forging, annealing, drawing, surface treatment, resistance control test, etc.
With the characteristics of high resistance, low coefficient of electric resistance, High operating temperature, good corrosion resistance under high temperature.
It is mainly used in electric locomotive, diesel locomotive, metro vehicle and high Speed moving car etc brake system brake resistor, electric ceramic cooktop, industrial furnace.
Ribbon (flat wire)
Thickness: 0.023-0.8 mm (0.0009-0.031 inch)
Width: 0.038-4 mm (0.0015-0.157 inch)
Width/thickness ratio max 60, depending on alloy and tolerance
Other sizes are available on request.
