Ultra Thin Nickel Chromium Alloy Wire Microfilament For Wire Wound Resistor
Nickel-chromium alloy with high and stable resistance, corrosion resistance, surface oxidation resistance, excellent coil- forming ability.it is an ideal material,it has good ductility,workability and weldability under high temperature and seismic strength.
1. Performance: High resistivity, good oxidation resistance, very good form stability, good ductility and excellent weldability.
2. Application: It is widely used in electric heating element material in domestic appliances. And the typical applications are metal sheathed tubular elements used in, for example, hot plates, grills, toaster ovens and storage heaters. The alloys is also used for suspended coils in air heaters in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
Application of all grades:
Cr20Ni80:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces,flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
Cr30Ni70:in industrial furnaces. well suited for reducing atmospheres, as it is not subject to 'green rot'.
Cr15Ni60:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces,hot plates, grills, toaster ovens and storage heaters. For suspended coils in air heaters in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
Cr20Ni35:in braking resistors,industrial furnaces.In night-storage heaters, convection heaters, heavy duty rheostats and fan heaters. For heating cables and rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements, electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters and floorheater.
Cr20Ni30:in solid hot plates, open coil heaters in HVAC systems, night-storage heaters, convection heaters, heavy duty rheostats and fan heaters.For heating cables and rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements, electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters, floor heaters and resistors.
