Ni200 99.96% Pure Nickel Wire 36AWG Superfine wire Or Stranded Wire Used For Leads of Electronic Components

Tankii Pure nickel wire has the characteristics of good strength, good plasticity, poor thermal conductivity and high resistivity at high temperature.

Nickel wire purity up to about 99.6%.

Fineness up to 0.025mm.

Pure nickel wire production cycle: 3 to 7 days

The state: hard /half hard/soft

Tankii nickel mechanical properties are close to carbon steel, the alkali resistance performance of corrosion in metal material is second only to silver, tankii nickel wire's surface generates a layer of protective film of black color in strong alkali, which makes its anti-corrosion stronger.

Tankii Pure nickel wire is used as electric light source material, also for coating, with high surface quality and good processing performance.

Tankii pure nickel wire is used to make element such as anode, spacer, electrode holder etc.

It can also be used as a guide in the light bulb filament lead.

In addition, the pure nickel wire has played a very important role in the chlor-alkali industry.

Alloy Description

Tankii Nickel 200/201 is most widely used grade, generally specified for transistor caps, anodes for electronic tubes, leads of electronic components / Lead-in-Wires for lamps and for Wire-Mesh, heating cable. Also used in strip form for various applications including Ni-Cd batteries.

Condition of Supply

Tankii Nickel 200, 201 and 205 are supplied in the following conditions:
Cold Drawn, Special Temper.
Cold Drawn, Annealed. Straightened and Cut Lengths.
Note:
NUS N02201 (ASTM B 162) same as N4 (GB/T 2054).
NUS N02200 (ASTM B 162) same as N6 (GB/T 2054).
