Super Thin Wire Heater 48SWG Nicr Alloy Resistance Wire Used For Ceramic Industry
NiCr 60 15 (2.4867) is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1150°C.
Supplied shape: round wire, flat wire
Cr15Ni60 is characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation resistance and very good form stability.
Typical applications are metal sheathed tubular elements used in for example:
1. hot plates,
2. grills,
3. toaster ovens and storage heaters.
4. The alloys is also used for suspended coils in air heaters in clothes dryers, fan heaters, hand dryers.
You will find More Types of resistance/heating wire in Tankii:
1. Nichrome alloy wire
2. FeCrAl (iron-chromium-aluminium) alloy wire
3. Constantan wire
4. Copper Nickel alloy wire
5. Manganin wire
