Description
Tankii Ferro-chrome-aluminum resistance wire, also known as ferrochrome alumina wire or simply Fecral wire, is a type of resistance wire made from an alloy of iron, chromium, and aluminum.
Chemical Composition: The main elements are iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), and aluminum (Al). Different grades of the wire have different proportions of these elements. For example, common grades include 0Cr13Al4, 0Cr19Al2, 0Cr15Al5, 0Cr20Al5, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6Nb, and 0Cr27Al7Mo2
Alloy shapes: There are different forms of ferro-chrome-aluminum alloys, such as circular wires and flat wires, which are designed to meet various application requirements.
We also produce the equivalent material for below grades:
Alkrothal 14, Alloy 750, Alferon 902, Alchrome 750, Resistohm 125, Aluchrom, 750 Alloy, Stablohm 750
Kanthal A1, Kanthal, Alloy 875, Resistohm 145, Aluchrom 0, Alchrome 875, MWS-875, Stablohm 875, KAF Kanthal AF, Resistohm Y, Aluchrom Y, Alloy 837, AF KAPM KAPM, Alloy 875 PM, Kanthal APM
Kanthal D, Kanthal, Alloy 815, Alchrome DK, Alferon 901, Resistohm 135, Aluchrom S, Stablohm 812
High Resistivity: It has a relatively high resistivity, which means it can effectively convert electrical energy into heat when current passes through it. This property makes it suitable for use as a heating element.
