3.The Role of Each Part
A. Lip end (sliding surface): The lip end is in the shape of a wedge and presses the shaft surface at the end to seal the fluid.
B. Sealing lip: It is a flexible elastomer, designed to ensure that it can maintain a stable sealing effect under the influence of mechanical vibration and pressure fluctuations of the sealing fluid, and maintain a stable contact state with the shaft surface at the end of the lip effect. In addition, the spring can increase the pressing force of the sealing lip on the shaft, which prevents the intrusion of dust.
