3.The Role of Each Part

A. Lip end (sliding surface): The lip end is in the shape of a wedge and presses the shaft surface at the end to seal the fluid.

B. In addition, the spring can increase the pressing force of the sealing lip on the shaft, which prevents the intrusion of dust.

C. Dust-proof lip: The dust-proof lip is an auxiliary lip that is not connected to the spring, and plays the role of preventing dust intrusion.
