Intended Use
Novatrend Plus+TM Dry-type Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer (Single Channel) is a dry fluorescent immunoassay strip detection system based on photoelectric detection principle, which needs reagents based on fluorescent immunoassay principle. Analyzer uses the specificity of in vitro diagnostic testing unit, including inflammatory markers, tumor markers, markers, diabetes, kidney disease markers, cardiacmarkers, blood coagulation markers, endocrinology markers and markers of autoimmune and infectious disease markers, samples for testing to human body, providing quantitative or qualitative test results. Fluorescence immunoanalyzer has the advantages of high accuracy, strong stability and fast results.
Application
The instrument is used by in vitro diagnosis professionals and nursing points, and can be used in central laboratories, outpatient and emergency departments, clinical departments or medical service institutions (such as community health centers), medical centers, etc. It can also be used in research laboratories. Novatrend Plus+TM Dry-type Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer (Single Channel) can only be used for in vitro diagnostic reagents produced by Hangzhou AllTest Biotechnology Co., LTD., according to the instructions of the specific kit.
Installation and Trial Run
The first installation confirmation of the instrument must be approved by the company's authorized technical engineer or agent.
Please place the instrument on a flat table with sufficient area and no vibration. The bearing capacity of the table is more than 18kg and the platform area is > 70cm*50cm; Keep a sufficient distance between the device and the wall. Do not place the device in a position where it is difficult to operate and disconnect the device. Take out the power cord, connect one end of the device to the power interface on the rear panel, and connect the other end to the power supply socket. There must be good grounding protection, and the grounding resistance should meet the relevant national standards. There should be independent and reliable ground cables in the room, and they should not share the same line with high-power electrical equipment.

Operating Principle
This analyzer excites the reacted test cassette which is a based on europium microspheres marked fluorescence immunoassay with a UV LED light source, then collects, analyzes and calculates the signal from the test card, and gives the test result.

Precautions for Installation and Commissioning
- Please choose a suitable place according to the environment, power supply and space requirements.
- The connection between the power cord and the instrument must be safe, firm and in good contact.
- After confirming the connection, you can start the machine.
- When using, avoid direct glare as far as possible, and prohibit non-professional maintenance personnel to open the instrument.
- Please do not put water containers or metal objects on the instrument. If water or metal objects fall into the instrument accidentally, unplug the power plug in time and cut off the power supply. Find a professional to deal with it.
- If there is smoke, abnormal sound, or peculiar smell, disconnect the power supply and contact professional personnel in time.
- Please avoid the impact of external force on the instrument.
- When the instrument is working, do not put your hand on the working area of the instrument to avoid injury.
- Ensure that the device is powered off and the power adapter is removed. Do not move the device when the power is on
