Traffic Light Aluminum Honeycomb Core of Anti-Static and Fireproof Function
The honeycomb panel istypically made of 5 layers: decorative kin, adhesive, honeycomb core, adhesive and back skin. Materials with high tensile and compression strength are best suited to being skins,such as aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, Titanium zinc alloy, copper, fiberglass etc.. Adhesive varies widely by application: high strength, high temperature, low temperature etc. Honeycomb Core: a variety of honeycomb cores are available per design requirements for materials and cell sizes.

Our aluminum honeycomb is adhesive-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength and the highest
surface-to –volume ratio of any structural material. Our aluminum honeycomb is made from 3003H18 and 5052H18 aluminum alloy foil.
