A2 Grade Outdoor Alumetal Aluminum Honeycomb Panel

Aluminum honeycomb panel is a honeycomb sandwich panel with honeycomb structure as the core. It is inspired by the natural hexagonal honeycomb. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced in this way becomes a new energy-saving, environmentally friendly and healthy material.

There are four main types of honeycombs, as shown below; aluminum honeycombs. Nomex honeycomb. Thermoplastic honeycomb.

The honeycomb material is both strong and light, so it is very suitable for making crash helmets for racers, motorcyclists and even cyclists. ... and the hexagon of a real honeycomb is usually the strongest shape. The cells can be tubular, triangular or square.
