1050 A1050 3003 5052 5083 6061 H14 H24 O Aluminum Alloy Sheet

Product Description

1000 series aluminum alloy represents 1050, 1060, 1100 series. Of all the series, 1000 series belongs to the series with the highest aluminium content. The purity can reach over 99.00%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industries. The majority of the market circulation is 1050 and 1060 series. The lowest aluminium content of 1000 series aluminium sheets is determined by the last two Arabic numerals. For example, the last two Arabic numerals of 1050 series are 50. According to the naming principle of international brands, the aluminium content must be above 99.5% before qualified products are obtained. Our country's aluminium alloy technical standard (gB/T3880-2006) also clearly stipulates that the aluminium content of 1050 reaches 99.5%. Similarly, the aluminium content of 1060 series aluminium plates must reach 99.6%

3000 series aluminium alloy represents 3003, 3A21 mainly. The production process of 3000 series aluminium sheet in China is excellent. 3000 series aluminium bar is mainly composed of manganese. The content is between 1.0 and 1.5, which is a series with better anti-rust function.

The 5000 series of aluminium alloys represent 5052, 5005, 5083 and 5A05 series. The 5000 series aluminium bar belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminium plate series, the main element is magnesium, the content of magnesium is between 3-5%. It can also be called Al-Mg alloy. Its main characteristics are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation and good fatigue strength, but it can not be strengthened by heat treatment. In the same area, the weight of Al-Mg alloy is lower than that of other series. It is also widely used in conventional industry. In our country, 5000 series aluminium sheet belongs to one of the more mature aluminium sheet series.

The 6000 series aluminium alloy represents 6061 mainly contains magnesium and silicon. Therefore, 6061 is a cold-treated aluminium forging product with the advantages of 4000 series and 5000 series. It is suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has good usability, easy coating and good workability.

1000 series usage

1050 extrusion coils for food, chemical and brewing industries, various hoses, fireworks and pollen.
1060 requires high corrosion resistance and formability, but it does not require high strength. Chemical equipment is its typical use.
1100 for processing needs good formability and high corrosion resistance, but does not require high strength parts and components, such as chemical products, food industry devices and storage containers, sheet processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave utensils, welding parts, heat exchangers, printed boards, nameplates, reflective appliances.
1145 Packaging and adiabatic aluminium foil, heat exchanger.
3000 series usage
The use of 3003 for processing requires parts with good formability, high corrosion resistance and weldability, or requires both these properties and work with higher strength than 1XXX alloy, such as kitchenware, food and chemical products processing and storage devices, tanks for transporting liquid products, and various pressure vessels processed with sheet metal. With the pipeline.
The 3004 all-aluminium can body requires parts with higher strength than 3003 alloy, production and storage devices of chemical products, sheet metal parts, building parts, building tools and various parts of lamps and lanterns.
Room 3105 partitions, baffles, movable panels, eaves and downspouts, sheet forming parts, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, etc.
3A21 aircraft fuel tank, pipeline, rivet wire and other industrial equipment, such as building materials and food.
5000 series usage
5005 and 3003 alloys are similar, with medium strength and good corrosion resistance. Used as conductors, cookers, dashboards, shells and building decorations. The anodic oxide film is brighter than the oxide film on 3003 alloy and is in harmony with the hue of 6063 alloy.
5050 thin plate can be used as lining board of refrigerator and refrigerator, automobile gas pipe, oil pipe and agricultural irrigation pipe, and can also process thick plate, pipe, bar, profile and wire.
5052 This alloy has good formability, corrosion resistance, candleability, fatigue strength and medium static strength. It is used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, fuel pipes, sheet metal parts of vehicles and ships, meters, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, etc.
5056 magnesium alloy and cable sheath rivets, zippers, nails, etc. Aluminum-coated wire is widely used in processing agricultural insect trap cover, as well as other occasions requiring high corrosion resistance.
5083 is used for occasions requiring high corrosion resistance, good weldability and medium strength, such as welding parts of naval vessels, automobiles and aircraft plates; pressure vessels requiring strict fire protection, refrigeration devices, TV towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment, missile components, armor, etc.
5086 is used for occasions requiring high corrosion resistance, good weldability and medium strength, such as warships, automobiles, aircraft, cryogenic equipment, television towers, drilling rigs, transportation equipment, missile parts and decks, etc.
5154 Welded structure, storage tank, pressure vessel, ship structure and offshore facilities, transport tank.
5182 sheet is used for processing parts such as cans, car body panels, control panels, reinforcements, brackets and so on.
5252 is used to manufacture decorative parts with high strength, such as automobiles. It has a bright and transparent oxide film after anodic oxidation.
5254 Containers for Hydrogen Peroxide and Other Chemical Products.
5454 welded structure, pressure vessel, pipeline of marine facilities.
5456 armor deck, high strength welded structure, tank, pressure vessel, ship material.
5A06 welding structure, cold forging parts, stress parts of welding and pulling vessels, aircraft skin and bone parts.
5A12 welded structural parts, bullet-proof deck.
6000series usage
6061 requires various industrial structures with high strength, weldability and corrosion resistance, such as pipes, rods, shapes and plates for trucks, tower buildings, ships, trams, fixtures, mechanical parts, precision processing, etc.
6063 building profiles, irrigation pipes and extrusion materials for vehicles, benches, furniture, fences, etc.
