This Copper Pipe Heat Sink is made of Aluminum Fin and Copper Pipe. It is designed for microchannel heat sink and offers excellent cooling performance. The Aluminum Fin thickness is 0.4mm and the weight depends on the size of the heatsink. The Copper Pipe Heat Sink is processed with Stamping, Automatic Tube Forming Machining, Overflow Welding/Drying Machine, CNC Machining, Soldering, Nickle Plating and Leakage Testing. The surface is further treated with Anti Anodizing Finishing. It is perfect for cooling applications requiring high efficiency, low noise level and low cost.
