Our mould features:

1. We use Chinese first-class aluminum ingot to make moulds, our mould plates are of 15mm~20mm thick aluminum alloy plates;

2. All our moulds are fully processed by CNC machines, our mould tolerance wthin 1mm;

3. We have strict quality control in all steps: patterning, casting, machining, assembling, Teflon coating etc.

4. We test moulds and check samples carefully before delivery;

Production flow:

Drawings→ mould making →raw casting → sandblasting →rough machining or finish machining →surface treatment →product check→ packing →delivery
