Discription of Thermal paste​ :


Thermal paste consists of two parts: silicone oil and filler, silicone oil is a synthetic silicone-containing polymer compounds, more difficult to volatilise, the role of silicone oil is to make the silicone grease in a semi-fluid state, easy to use, the most common is polydimethylsiloxane, a lot of shampoo has this ingredient. And the filler is the main part of the silicone grease thermal conductivity, usually metal oxides, metal powder, graphite powder, diamond powder and so on. A more stable dispersion system of fillers and silicone oil is thermal paste.
