The performance of the power battery is closely related to the battery temperature. In order to extend the life of the power cell as long as possible and to obtain maximum power, the battery needs to be used within the specified temperature range. In principle, within the range of -40°C to +55°C, the actual battery temperature power cell is in an operable state. The liquid cooling system is the better way to make battery cell keeps in a stable temperature.

2) Serpentine cooling ribbon
Applied for cylindrical cells: 18650, 21700, 3270, 4680 and etc;

For battery pack side or bottom battery cooling;

5) Friction stir welding plate
It has a simpler welding process, higher production efficiency, higher weld strength, and can avoid problems such as pores and liquid leakage in high-temperature fusion welding.
