• The molten aluminum transfer ladle is mostly used for long-distance safe transportation of molten aluminum to an aluminum casting factory.

Equipment Features
• No molten aluminum leakage, high transportation safety. The ladle body is firm; the ladle lip and cover are reliably sealed, no any overflow of the molten aluminum even if the ladle body topples over.
• Excellent thermal insulation performance, low natural temperature drop. The thermal insulation layer, made of a heat-insulating Nano-fibrous material, has excellent thermal insulation performance; made of a special material and specially structured, the working layer (in contact with the molten aluminum) prevents the molten aluminum from leaking. The ladle surface has low surface temperature, suitable for long-distance transportation.
• Low weight, transportation cost-saving. The lightweight heat-insulating Nano-material ensures a small ladle body size and a low ladle body weight.
• Excellent non-stickiness with molten aluminum, easy to clean. The inner layer of the lining, made of a dedicated refractory casting material, has good aluminum tolerance and high resistance to corrosion with molten aluminum.
• High resistance to thermal and cold shocks, high strength. The dedicated high-strength ladle lining can resist frequent thermal shocks without falling off.
• A long service life. Professionally designed and manufactured, ensuring that the lining life is more than 24 months in continuous use.
• Optional opening and closing auxiliary device (optional), saving effort when open and close the cover.
• Molded by monolithic casting with a refractory casting material specially used for aluminum alloy ladle production, the inner layer of the ladle lining is poorly permeable to the molten aluminum, so it offers high resistance to corrosion by the molten aluminum.
• Made from an insulating castable or nano-fibrous material, the temperature holding layer has excellent performance and low natural drop in temperature.
• Sturdy cladding. The cladding is professionally produced according to the technical conditions of ladles. Equipped with a welded bottom hoop, bilge hoop, upper mouth hoop and collar, it has a longer service life and can ensure safety.
