PVDF aluminum panel in essence is quite similar to the aluminum composite panel. The only difference lies in the coating which further refines things in a way that makes the PVDF panel quite an effective one.

megabond ACPs consisting of two layers of aluminum skin sandwiching a thermoplastic core in a continuous co-extrusion process. The outer aluminum skin for exterior grade Premium bond U.S.A Panels is coated with P.V.D.F Kynar 500 fluorocarbon. The lower aluminum skin is chromate treated and polyester coated. Lightweight, extreme rigidity and flatness resulting in an economical option for high quality building facades and weather resistance combined with high acoustics, Thermal and Fire rated values create distinct features in the market and except economical thrifts, causes tremendous revolution in the ACP industry.
