As one excellent aluminium profiles factory, Jiangyin Sinpower Aluminium CO.,Ltd. focus on producing and design extruded aluminum product . We focus on aluminum profile, aluminum extrusion, aluminum tube and aluminum solar frame with the largest extruder as 3,600 tonnage. We produce more than 100,000 tons aluminum products annually.

Established in 1993,Xinyu Aluminum located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu province, we are only 100 kilometers away from center of Shanghai.

Our company covers an area of more than 180,000 square meters and employs 1000 employees. We boast advanced equipment bought from Germany , Italy and Taiwan such as 6 anodizing lines, 1 molding lines, 4 casting lines, 3 powder coating lines and 1 wooden finish lines. Especially, our 18 extrusion lines can meet almost every demand of products on the market, with the largest one weighing 2,500 tons and the smallest one weighing 500 tons. These advanced facilities are the most reliable basis to ensure our annual production above 40,000 tons and annual sales above USD30,000,000.

Our products have good sales not only in China but also in overseas markets such as North America, Japan, West Europe , Southeast Asia and Australia . 2003 - Xinyuan Aluminium sells the aluminum extrusion profiles to South Africa, UK, Thailand, German, Japan, Canada, and open international market gradually.

2010 - Xinyuan Aluminium expands extrusion sales by adding external customers

2014 - With a US$10 million investment, Xinyuan Aluminium Aluminum Extrusion starts focus on photovoltaic solar mounting market, and organized some engineers as group to develop and design solar mounting and demands home and abroad demands, especially for Japan market.

Production Line:

As one professional aluminum profiles manufacturer in China, Xinyuan Aluminium total area of 180,000 square meters, of which the building area is more than 120,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 250 million yuan and staff of more than 830 people .

We have 5 sets of same level hot top aluminum bar production lines, 25 sets of aluminum profile hot extrusion production lines, 2 sets of oxygenation production lines, 1 set of bright oxygenation production line, 2 sets of electrophoresis production lines, 4 sets of German Wangner tunnel static powder spray painting lines (1 set of 13 meters production line), and 2 sets of Italian fireproof imitation wood grain and environmental protection energy saving thermal insulation cold-bridge production lines.

It gathers the casting, extruding, oxygenation, electrophoresis, powder spray painting, wood grain transfer, tooling production and new product exploitation onto one body. With advanced and mature technology, new and reasonable structure, advanced varieties and specifications, and complete testing equipment, the company produces products over 80 thousand tons annually.
