Description

WILLSTRON® Dynamic Honeycomb Panel, a high-tech product introduced using aerospace manufacturing technology combined with advanced surface roll coating processes. It is not only durable, large plate surface, high compressive strength, but also has excellent flatness, excellent sound insulation, heat insulation, fire protection, and shockproof performance. Dynamic honeycomb panels can be bent, have good processing performance, and have a variety of surface treatments. They are widely used in high-end yachts, building curtain walls, transportation facilities, ceilings, partitions, and furniture applications.

Sizes and Tolerance

Conventional Dimension (for Rectangular plate):
Thickness : 6mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm
Width: 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm
Length: ≤ 8000mm,
Aluminium Cover sheet: front alu:1.0/0.7mm; rear alu: 1.0/0.7/0.5mm
Tolerance(based on rectangular plate):
Sides Length: ±2.0mm (L≤2000mm)
±3.0mm (L>2000mm)
Thickness: ±0.25mm
diagonal length difference: ≤3.0mm
Edge straightness: ≤2.0mm/m
Flatness: ≤2.0mm/m

For other shapes, the sizes and tolerance may be negotiated additionally.

Instead of cutting and folding on flat plate to achieve the angle shape, we produce it directly with our state-of-the-art production line under vacuum condition. This ensure the perfect mechanical properties of the plate.
