Product Description:
The Hydrophilic Foil has a layer coating material, which has the performance of high corrosion resistance. It can be used in a variety of heat exchange constructions where the basic function is to efficiently transfer heat. Also this fin foil can be used for evaporator and condenser in most residential, automotive, and commercial air conditioning units and in humidifiers and other equipment.
Our company can produce aluminium coil used for aluminium/plastic composite panel, and the base material for color coated aluminium coil. The aluminium substrate gets degreased , chemically pre-treated and coated in a single production step which resulting in a high-quality uniform coating reproducible at any time and a material which has been developed for easy processing for a variety of application.
By changing the alloy, we have achieved on the basis of ensuring the fin formability and strength, the thickness of the fin is reduced. And then it can reduce the volume of equipment and improve heat transfer efficiency.
