Anodic oxidation (cathodic oxidation), electrophoresis
Electrophoresis can be divided into free electrophoresis (unsupported body) and zone electrophoresis (supported body). The former includes the ms-leas micro-electrophoresis, microelectrophoresis, isoelectric focusing electrophoresis, isovelocity electrophoresis and density gradient electrophoresis. The zone electrophoresis includes filter paper electrophoresis (atmospheric pressure and pressure), thin layer electrophoresis (thin film and thin plate), gel electrophoresis (AGAR, agarose, starch gelatin, polyacrylamide gel) etc.
Electrophoresis is electrophoretic coating in the Yin and Yang, applied to the voltage, the ions move to the cathode, take charge of the coating and the cathode surface generated by the basic function of formation of insoluble material, deposited on the surface. It includes four processes:
1) electrolysis (decomposition)
At the cathode reaction initially for the electrolytic reaction, generate hydrogen and hydroxyl ions OH, the high alkaline reaction caused by the cathode surface forming boundary layer, when the cation material with hydroxyl function is insoluble in water, coating deposition, the equation is as follows: H2O - > OH + H
2) electrophoresis (swimming, migration)
The cationic resin and H + are moving towards the cathode under the action of the electric field, while the anion is moving towards the anode.
3) electrodeposition (precipitation)
On the surface of the coated workpiece, the cationic resin and the cathodic surface alkaline effect, neutralize and precipitate the non-sediment, and sink on the workpiece.
4) electroosmosis (dehydration)
Coating on the surface of a solid and workpiece coating for translucency, with the majority of wool stoma, water is e from the cathode film, under the effect of electric field, the coating caused by dehydration, adsorbed on the surface of workpiece, and the coating and finish the electrophoresis process.
