1. Process: Precision casting silica sol investment casting lost wax casting

2. Lost Wax Casting (Investment Casting) Material: 5140(40Cr), SAE1045(45# Steel), Staniless steel SUS404, Carbon Steel or other materials as you request.

3. Material Standard: ISO, GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS.

4. Product weight: From 0.1~50kg;

5. Machining equipment: CNC, Lathe machine, Milling machine, Drilling machine, and so on;

6. Test equipment: Optical Spectrum Analyzer, CMM, Hardness test equipment, Tensile test machine;

7. Surface treatment: Blacking, Polishing, Anodize, Chrome plating, Zinc plating, Nickel plating, Tinting, Power coating, E-coating etc

We are a professional manufacturer of casting and machining. Most of our production is automobile parts, meter, instrument casing and other productions for civil and industry use according to concerned national standard. Workshop equipment of casting and machining:

7 machines for die casting weight ,4 machines for machining center, 12 machines for CNC and other more than 40 normal machines. We have 1 equipment for three coordinates measuring and any other infiltrationh, shot blasting, washing and presssure testing equipments.
