We have more than 40 sets manual lathe for rough machining, rough machining can make the raw material surface smothness up to Ra 6.4, faster and better for next step of CNC presicion machining.

More than 30 sets of CNC machine can presisely machining the roller and shaft, after CNC machine, the surface can up to Ra 0.8-1.6, and runout and concentricity can be smaller than 0.04mm

Because raw material thickness maybe not so average, so we have to make balancing for every roller and shaft, and for motor shaft and blower blade, balancing is nessicary too.

We are the only manufacturer of anodize ourselves in Wenzhou city who are focus in the roller and shaft, that can make the quality stable and delivery time faster

To make sure all the rollers deliver to customers are in good quality and meets customers' requirement, we will do testing for all the rollers, we have a inspection team of 20 employees, any small flaws will be found and solved
