OEM Powder Coating Zinc Die Casting
Zinc die casting
Zinc die castings are ideal metal die castings. Its easy flow and low temperature melting properties make it easy to cast complex shapes, make thin walls strong and strong, and use a set of tools almost always.
Parts directly out of the mold can be assembled almost as they are.
In addition, it also has excellent corrosion resistance, the ability to polish and plate high gloss or any artistic effect, and the relatively low casting cost, you will understand why it is so ideal.

Advantages of zinc castings
The zinc alloy used in the development of die casting has characteristics that make production simple, while providing a durable end product. The strength and hardness of zinc have high impact strength and stability, making assembly simple. The high ductility of zinc alloy is an ideal choice for die-casting process. It has strong deformation and expansion capabilities without breaking under pressure. Other advantages of zinc alloys used in die casting include:
Electrical and thermal conductivity, easy to be molded under the pressure of die casting process, while maintaining physical strength
Used for low-cost raw materials that may be one of the most cost-effective processes and end products
Strong stability enables long-lasting final products with high-quality finishing properties
Thin walls help to improve the corrosion resistance of the final product and increase its endurance in harsh environments
Zinc is one of the easiest alloys to cast: it has high ductility, high impact strength, and is easy to plate
Economical for small die castings
Zinc has a low melting point
Extend mold life
What is die casting?
Die casting is a method of injecting pressurized molten metal into a mold. The liquid metal enters the cavity through the holes in the preset mold half. The melt is guided into the cavity through channels called runners (called half of the top mold) (the complementary part of the mold). The two pieces are clamped together by a series of pins fixed in place. The metal is then cooled to just above its melting temperature, quickly forming it into a die-cast part. Another set of pins ejects the die casting to eject the assembly.
The die casting itself is composed of steel alloy. They consist of two parts to allow the casting to be removed from the mold: the fixed mold half and the ejection mold half. Other molds have additional movable parts that can be inserted or extracted to create specific shapes in the casting. The mold is cooled by air or water. Holes in the die-cast parts allow air to enter or inject the coolant, thereby facilitating the process. The rapid cooling of the mold allows for rapid cycling, thus beating another round of clockwork-like molds in a considerable period of time: such a die-casting mold can promote more than 5 million castings in a lifetime.
Compared with other manufacturing processes, die casting has some stable advantages. It is fast, competent, and easy to use, and it is available in a variety of shapes and fragments, not to mention durable. After that, since the process can maintain a consistent endurance even for the most complex part shapes, the possibility of editing by machining is very low. Most importantly, castings can be easily modified by plating and/or finishing. These lightweight parts are individual parts that can maintain the strength of the alloy, thereby increasing its stability and heat resistance.
