Main Features:

- Compensation Aligning System: multiple sensors detect relative position of bottom paper while servo motors ensure dependent upper paper delivery compensation to guarantee precise aligning of two sheets.
- Electrical Control System: Human Machine Interface with PLC control, warning light indicator, automatic detection of production condition, irregularities and job record. CE certified.

- Laminating tolerance. If paper quality and cut is good and precise enough, and at the speed of 9000 sheets/hour, the laminator can reach as well as 1.0mm tolerance or less.
- The knurled stainless-steel gluing roller can guarantee the glue consumption normally ranging from 25-30gsm subject to operator’s skills and types of corrugated paper.
Servo-control shaftless Back Feeder:

- With Yaskawa servo control, no extra adjustment for different sheet sizes, paper weight ranges from 120 gsm to 600 gsm, easy to operate.
- Unique Over-lapping paper feeding and delivery ensures low gsm paper running smoothly;
- Pre-loading device by rail equipped as standard.
Bottom sheet feeding section:


- Equipped with two Yaskawa servo motors, one is for accurate paper feeding timing, another is for controlling intermittent air suction for better bigger size paper feeding.
- Big air blower and separate belt holders ensure smooth feeding of 2ply,3ply,4ply, 5ply and cardboard, no vibration of belt holder.
Servo motor assembly to ensure accurate and strengthened suction:

Gluing section:

- High precise coating stainless steel roller mechanism assures even glue applied.
- Special mechanism ensures paper stripping off the gluing roller, easy to clean, dismantle and adjust
- Three sensors to control the glue volume level automatically.
- Side Glue stopper ensures no overflow at high speed and glue re-circulation at high speed.
Register section:

- Multi sensors to monitor feeding position of the bottom sheets, the upper two servo motors (Japanese Yaskawa brand) adjust the top sheets synchronously to make accurate register during lamination.
Transmission system:

- Multi Power transmission evenly distributed by gears and belts combination, maintenance free, low noise, high efficiency
- Main gears for gluing rollers are made from Taiwan company.
Pressing conveyor:

- The laminated sheets collected by press conveyor as standard for perfect bonding.
- The conveyor speed is adjustable by one motor as per the machine speed.
Touch Screen:

- Man-machine interface (Proface) with PLC touch-screen control, warning light indicator, automatic monitoring of production condition, irregularities and job record.
