High speed paper reel sheet cutter

Characteristics:
 The original paper holder arm is made of nodular cast iron QT500-7, which is cast
by a special process, with high strength and never deformed, ensuring the safety
of the original paper holder arm.
 The main machine and the tool holder are made of ductile iron QT500-7, which is
manufactured by precision machining and has high strength to ensure that the
tool holder will never be deformed.
 The whole machine uses NSK imported original bearings.
 The whole machine uses imported electrical components from Germany Muller
and Japan Omron.
 The conveyor belt adopts the Japanese Nita brand.
 The slitting accuracy is ±0.5mm, and the maximum speed of the machine is 350
sheets/min.
 The back-cutting knife adopts German nickel-chromium-molybdenum diamond
material tungsten steel knife, with high precision and never deformed; the blade is
easy to adjust.
 The automatic diagonal system is adopted to realize the rapid diagonal of the work
order.
 Equipped with Dayuan’s first automatic recurve adjustment device to ensure rapid
leveling when adjusting the recurve.
 The paper feeding part adopts a pre-pressing device to realize the paper without
wrinkle.
 Chinese and English touch screen operation interface.
 The Japanese SMC automatic tension control system and pneumatic components
are used to ensure the stable operation of the brake control system and the
accuracy of every pneumatic action
