☆ Feeding unit
l Feeding method
Four shaft wheel type lead edge feeder;
Mechanical feeding system, feeding speed display on touch screen;
Bottom vacuum suction to help high feeding precision and vacuum force controlled by frequency inverter. For different bending degree board, use different vacuum force, save energy;
l Sheet stop adjustment
Electric adjustment of the left & right sheet stop;
Rear stop moving and lifting adjusted by hand;
Front stop adjusted by hand, dial display adjustment distance;
l Feeding roller
Top roller is rubber roller, provide light pressure and high force of friction to corrugated sheet, can prevent sheet surface damaged;
Rubber feeding roller is done with dynamic balance test;
l Control panel
Emergency stop button installed;
Control panel with buttons for: main motor start/stop, speed up/down, Vacuum force increase/down, skip feeding, auto counter;

- Anvil cover repairing device
