- It is convenient for workers to put up the paper roll through Hydraulic Paper Stand;
- Glue system can glue on two side of the core and also can glue on top/bottom paper;
- Gluing roller lift pneumatically, makes the glue homogeneous;

Details of each section
Honeycomb core stretcher and dryer
- Honeycomb core feed by pinch roller
- Feeder adjusted through handwheel synchronously
- 80KW electric heater. Every 40KW can be ON/OFF separately.
- Temperature is adjustable
Hydraulic Paper Reel Stand
- Mother paper roll width: 1600mm
- Mother paper roll diameter: 1300mm
- Max. mother paper roll weight: 2500KG
- Core diameter: 76mm (3”)
- Tension control: Controlled by pneumatic brake
- Arm up/down: Driven by hydrocylinder
- Pre-heating cylinder diameter: 600mm
Gluing unit 1 and Gluing unit 2
- Gluing method 1 for gluing unit 1: Roll gluing on two side of the core to save glue and make board become dry quickly.
- Gluing method 2 for gluing unit 1: Roll gluing on kraft paper
- Gluing method for gluing unit 2: Roll gluing on kraft paper
- Glue consumption control: Pneumatic control and hand wheel control synchronously
- Glue supply method: Glue supplied by diaphragm pump
- Gluing roller material: stainless steel (we don’t use steel roller wrapped rubber, because the rubber will be easy to be worn)
Heating and compressing unit
- Compressing method: Thermal from heating panels and heat distributed on the panel evenly.
- Compression control: Screw control lifting, driven by motor.
- Temperature control: Electric control between 0 to 250℃
- Heating method: Electrical heating
- Heating plate surface coated Teflon material, won’t left glue on surface of the heating plate

Belt compressing unit
- Double track structure with nitrile rubber belt.
- Use 45 pairs heavy duty float type roller for pressing purpose
- The belt can press the board to make sure it glue strongly. And it can help to cooling the honeycomb board.
- Pneumatic control pressure as per honeycomb board size and thickness
- Belt tension and guiding device equipped

Chamber drying unit
- Double track structure with PVC belt.
- Automatic skew adjusting device is installed for the PVC belt
- Chamber structure: adopt 150x100mm square steel tube and steel plate. Rock wool layer thickness is 50mm for keeping temperature
- Two sides of the chamber has inspection door
- Heating method: Central heating with heated air circulating
- Air pipe is double layer structure, can keep the temperature well and prevent be scalded
- Use 26 pairs heavy duty float type roller for pressing purpose
- Temperature control distal display, automatic adjust heating temperature

Roll cooling unit
- Cooling part length is 5000mm
- Cooling fan is installed
- Air flowystem is used for transfer cooling air to each part of the honeycomb board
