- This 3000mm heavy duty AAA Tri-wall manual corrugated board creasing and slotting machine is designed for creasing and slotting synchronously on high strength AA, AAA, AAAA corrugated board which thickness is 10-20mm.
- The tri-wall corrugated board creasing and slotting machine is a type of industrial machinery used in the production of corrugated cardboard boxes. The tri-wall corrugated cardboard is made with seven layers of paper, with three wavy middle layer flutes between four flat layers. The creasing and slotting machine is used to create the scored folds and slots to fold and assemble the cardboard into finished boxes
- It is most suitable for converting the tri-wall corrugated board. Because the machine body is made with iron casting material which can provide high strength, when doing creasing, the creasing tool can press the AAA heavy duty corrugated board easily without any damage.
- Slotting blade thickness is 15mm, this tickness is designed for AAA corrugated board and it is also workable for AA (double wall) and AAAA (four walls) heavy duty corrugated board.

- The creasing tool and slotting blade can be regulated by hand. Usually the right side slotting blade position is fixed, don’t need to adjust it. We just adjust the left side slotting blade as per actual box height. Or sometimes we have to move the slotting blade to side and do creasing job only.
