Large Industrial Boiler Dust-removal Centrifugal Fan

This fan is designed to fit the equipment of 0.5~35t/h industries boiler which equipped with preheater and dust-removal fixture, suitable for the industrial boiler with the similar custion condition and the compatible performanice. But the temperature of air must be below 250℃. Before installation, the fan must equip with the dust-removal fixure whose dust removing efficiency shall not beneath 85%. With access to lower the amount of dusct in the flue gas, the fan will reduce environmental pollution. Moreoverm it can reduce wear so as to enance the serive life of the fan.

1. Application

It is designed to fit the equipment of 0.5~35t/h industries boiler, which is equipped with the dust and smoke removal devices.

2. Working Condition

2.1 The inlet air temperature shall not exceed 250°C.

2.2 Particles contain in the air shall not exceed 150mg/m³

5. Special air damper, can adjust the airflow, easy to operate (CX) TB) HYB applicable.

6. The air inlet and outlet of the fan are designed independently,optional reducing pipe,docking use,the air outlet can choose four directions,the motor can be left or right.
