Main functions of electronic table scale

It has automatic zero tracking, zero setting, tare, weight, unit price, amount calculation, 8 kinds of unit price setting amount accumulation, total, overload, over-value alarm, error message prompt, power supply AC and DC dual-purpose, empty machine automatically enters low Power consumption and energy-saving state, digital voltmeter self-test, and automatic shutdown function when the voltage is insufficient.
The electronic table scale adopts high-precision weighing sensor and eight-bit single-chip microprocessor. It has the function of rapid weighing and pricing. Principle:

When the object is placed on the weighing pan, the pressure is applied to the sensor, which deforms, so that the impedance changes, and at the same time, the excitation voltage is changed to output a changed analog signal. The signal is amplified by the amplifying circuit and output to the analog-to-digital converter. It is converted into a digital signal that is easy to process and output to the CPU operation control. The CPU outputs this result to the display according to keyboard commands and programs. until this result is displayed.
