Density Balances Are Used To Measure The Density Of Solids , Liquids , Floating Bodies , Particles, Etc.
Density balances can be divided into solid density balances, liquid density balances, and multifunctional solid-liquid dual-purpose density balances according to the measurement field. According to the operation mode, they can be divided into automatic direct-reading density balances and semi-automatic density balances. Widely used in rubber, plastic, wire and cable, composite materials, polymer materials, footwear, tires, hard alloy and other industries, it can directly read the specific gravity of various irregular solids, particles, films, floating bodies, and powders. Combining Archimedes principle with the latest microelectronics technology, using sensors imported from Germany, and equipped with a standardized operating platform, it has realized the perfect combination of high precision, high efficiency and humanized testing. The machine has the characteristics of simple operation, fast measurement, accurate results, stable and durable, and economical and affordable. Products conform to ASTM D792, GB/T 1033, HG4-1468, JIS-K-6268, ISO 2781, UL, IEC, CCC, VDE and other standards

Rules of use
1. When using the balance, you should first pay attention to whether the balance is placed horizontally, if not, adjust the level first. Sign the registration booklet and register the time of use; if any balance failure is found, please report it to the instructor immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to repair it by yourself.
2. Keep the balance dry, and keep away from medicine vapor and direct sunlight.
3. The object to be weighed must be cooled or returned to room temperature before it can be weighed.
4. The weight of the object to be weighed must not exceed the maximum load.
5. Do not vibrate the balance, and do not press the table with your hands when weighing.
6. It is strictly forbidden to touch all parts of the balance.
7. When putting in or taking out the weighing object, be careful and gentle and turn off the switch.
8. Weighing paper should be used when weighing reagents, but for reagents that are erodeable, hygroscopic, volatile or sublimable, weighing (measuring) bottles must be used, and it is strictly forbidden to place the reagents directly on the weighing pan.
9. The inside and outside of the balance must be kept clean at all times; if the test medicine accidentally drops on the plate or in the balance, immediately wipe it off with a brush.
10. After the medicine is weighed, the medicine bottle cap should be covered immediately to prevent it from falling over accidentally.
11. It is strictly forbidden to play and make noise when the balance weighs the medicine.
12. Clean up the balance immediately after use.
