Wire Supporting 4 Legged Tubular Iron Galvanized wind Guyed Wire Mast Tower
The guyed wire tower can adopt single steel tube, triangle truss and quadrilateral truss. Single steel pipe structure requires large diameter of steel pipe, large windward area and large amount of materials; triangular truss structure is relatively stable, and tower is less economical under wind load; quadrilateral truss structure is relatively stable, and quadrilateral truss structure can be selected when triangular truss can not meet the requirements of stress and deformation or is not economical.
Main functions of Guyed Tower: environmental monitoring, wind, pressure, humidity and other resource data acquisition. Support the installation of corresponding instruments and equipment.
Applicable units: power plant preliminary planning, island wind measurement, meteorological data collection, environmental monitoring and other departments.
Advantages: small wind load coefficient, strong wind resistance. The wind proof area of the tower body is small, which is conducive to the accuracy and objectivity of the data collection. The gap between the measured data and the actual data is reduced to the acquisition tower column, which is connected by the outer flange, the bolt is pulled, and it is not easy to damage, and the steel strand is reinforced. The tower columns are arranged in triangle shape, which can save steel, follow small, cover small area, save land resources, and cost low (only 1 / 3 or less of the angle steel self-supporting tower). The location is convenient, the weight of the tower body is light, the transportation and installation are convenient, and the construction period is short, The tower is designed according to the wind load curve, the line is smooth, it is not easy to collapse in case of rare wind disaster, and the safety factor is high.
