Usage:
DR-319 modified silicone antifoam is composed of a variety of substances, stratification or a little precipitation may occur during storage, it is recommended that users stir slightly before use, without affecting the use effect.
DR-319 modified silicone antifoam can be diluted with thickened water, the stirring speed is 30rmp~60rpm during the dilution process, and the recommended stirring time is not more than 10 minutes. The Company shall not be liable for adverse consequences resulting from the product due to incorrect use and dilution methods.
When this product is used on site, it is recommended to choose a place where the defoamer is easy to disperse. The recommended dosage is 0.1~0.5% of the total formula amount, and the optimal dosage is determined by the user through field experiments.
Storage
DR-319 modified silicone antifoam is suitable for 5~35°C storage, do not expose near heat sources or sunlight. Do not apply to this product in acid, alkali, salt and other substances. Seal the container when not in use to avoid harmful bacterial contamination. If there is a layer for a long time, stir well, generally, it does not affect the use effect. This product will freeze below 0°C, such as If it freezes, it is used after melting without affecting the effect, which is required at this time stir.
According to the general chemical storage method. Seal after use to avoid deterioration.
At the recommended storage temperature and under unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
